Customers' trust towards management transparency is very much prioritized by MPJBT. Therefore customers can directly surf this website to get the Council's managerial information quickly and accurately which include property development, licensing, asset tax assessment, financial services, public complaints and so on.

The capability of this website will be enhanced from time to time including to provide interactive services in the future such as layout application, GIS development, housing management, industry, business and tourism within MPJBT areas.

In is effort to facilitate its customers to perform transactions easier such as making payments to the Council, an online payment system has also been developed through a collaboration between MPJBT and Maybank known as Maybank2U.com.

MPJBT will be more proactive in planning more developments in future and Insya-Allah through great cooperation from all parties, these efforts will be successfully done.

Therefore, I would like to call upon all Johor Bahru Tengah residents to continue giving their full support to MPJBT in order to make it as organisation that leads to growth, effectiveness and accountable in providing the best service to the customers when then indirectly contribute to economic development.
