MS ISO 9001-2000 IMPLEMENTATION JOHOR BAHRU TENGAH MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
The Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council received ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification from SIRIM for Tax Assessment Services, Building Plan Approval, Business License Endorsement on April 29, 2005.
The award is the result from hard work from all MPJBT staff who always emphasize on systematic and effective work flow for the best services to the people.
