LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT

OBJECTIVE

• To uphold the dignity of law and to produce discipline society that respect to the law.
• Prompt in action and responsive towards summons cases received in order to satisfy customer needs.
• To manage the car park for the convenience of the users within the Council areas.

  CUSTOMER CHARTER

• We promise to serve any public complaint and action will be taken in accordance to the law.
• We promise to give opportunity to the public to make appeal in respect of any compound.
• We undertake that each case will be presented to the court, and it will be done less than 30 days from the date it is fully endorsed for prosecution purposes.

DEPARTMENT FUNCTION

• To conduct prosecution.
• To legislate by-law and administrative regulations.
• To over see the management and the usage of car park.
